In the scope of accreditation for ISO 17025 / ISO 15189, is it OK to mention the names of the manufactures of equipment or reagent kits?

Certain ISO assessors say that it is not ethical to mention the names of the manufacturers of reagent kits or instruments, they use, although the laboratory uses the reagent kits or instruments manufactured by the commercial manufactures.

I need a ruling for this, although I have seen that the names of manufacturers have been mentioned in the scopes by accreditation bodies of certain countries.
