In the following monopole antenna design I am having problem of Gain?

attached is my file,the design has a good return loss of -30 at 4.8Ghz but the gain is below 1, it should be min. 1 as according to the research paper in which it has been published.

Kindly pls help and tell what should be done to get appropriate gain.
