The work is very interesting. I have problem in understanding few things: Two methods are mentioned,method A and Method B. But in the table C and D is also given,I didnot find any information about it in the experimental part. Moreover in table 2 comparison is given between three entrapped cyanobacterial strains,But which method is followed in this case of comparison.Please help. Thanks.
