In the annealed sample some misorientation structures still remain (of course, they are much less than deformed samples), someone suggested the misorientation structures observed within annealed gains might be caused by elastic strain gradient. I do not quite understand the role of elastic bending. I guess it might be generated due to mismatch of anisotropic thermal expansion of different grains. I wonder what is the understanding of experts in this field.
