I use the epinucleus setting after a deep hydro dissection

Thank you, Dr. Scuderi. I also prefer the same but some surgeons like to go for quadrant removal.

after hidrodisection and hidrodelamination for safer surgery, I use quadrant removal with vacuum of 350 , its very safe and fast, then I use epinucleus. The infinity has a good fluidic and permits a very stable anterior chamber.

I make a good hydrodissection and use sometimes the phacohandpiece in I/A mode with vacuum Settings als regularly used in I/A for very soft lensnuclei. Otherwise wie use Quadrant with vacuum 350 als mentioned above.

Also avoid high power adjusment in quadrant removal setting.
