The 'Reviewer' can be given an option to decide if his / her name can be disclosed or not. When one of the 'Reviewer' strongly recommends a paper for publication, whereas the other 'Reviewer' strongly rejects the same paper, the editor is in a dilemma. Normally, the benefit of doubt goes to the author. In such a case, publishing both the 'Reviewers' comment will help the readers to scrutinize the paper in detail. Any comment?
