1) Avoiding recognition.

2) Running bad meetings

3) Instilling fear

4) Creating a negative environments

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
