In LCMS TIC I am getting main peak as a negative peak (which shows mass clearly) many times. What could be the reason?

We are using Shimadzu single quadrapole MS .

We are dealing with the medicinal chemistry reaction monitoring samples, continuosly injecting around 150 samples per day, of course molecules with different chemistries and have fixed gradient in which most of the compounds elutes.Mobile Phase:Water+10 mM Amm.formate+0.1% Formic acid and ACN as a mobile phase,
