In epiinfo 7 , when gridfield is used to enter data, in the linelisting the grid fields as well as data entered are not seen. Any solution?

GRID field is used in the form and data entered. In linelisting as well as analysis the grid field names are not seen. The data entered as well not seen. How to get the report for that data entered in grid field.
