I believe in the labeled circuit used in the modeling of raw EIS data
1 = Solution resistance (R sol)
2 = Pore resistance (R po)
3 = NOT SURE but could be the coating's resistance (R f)
4 = Charge transfer resistance (R ct)
5 = Coating's capacitance (C c)
6 = Double layer capacitance ( C dl)
Could anyone please confirm if I am correct or wrong? I am a bit skeptical about resistance no. 3 and 4. According to Gamry Instruments, pore resistance would be parallel to the coating's capacitance, and the R ct would be parallel to C dl.
