Flowering pattern of flower- First is terminal flower, second-right of its terminal, and third and final is left of its terminal eg: Jasminum species. can anyone suggest me why it happening like this? how it is be right flower is second flowering, or second flowering is in right side?
If I got your question right, you are asking why the second flower is on the right side. For me, this is just convention. Flipping the inflorescence would end up in "second lower on left side".
The question for me would be: How do the plants determine a 180° angle for the induction of the third one (as the first and second flower can't have that).
My thoughts on this would include mersitematic devision and the ongoing outgrowth in the exact direction. But those are just thoughts. Maybe anyone else might give an answer to that.
