In CST antenna simulation Antenna shape resolution is different in design window and Mesh view. Which one is more real?
Like I was trying make ring antenna and in design window it was showing actually circular but in mesh its seems like Hexagonal shape.
Which one is correct and how to make it more correct!

The mesh is what CST uses. If you want a better representation use a finer mesh. It will approximate object edges as sloping surfaces across the middle of mesh cells, but not as curved surfaces I think.

Mesh view of structure is more refined view where one can easily find out that where and how CST is applying numerical techniques. Both are correct but to get exact mesh view like design window, increase the mesh cells.

Antenna in design window is real one and fine messing can used from mess view then global mess setting and increasing the mess count etc.

You answer is misleading. The antenna in the design window is the one you want to solve, but the one CST actually solves is the one in the mesh window. It is nearly always not the same shape as the one in the design window. One of the purposes of mesh refinement is to get the meshed model close enough to what you actually designed.
Design window view and mesh view are two different things.
In the design window, the design is shown in working plane with respect to co-ordinate system. so if you are working in "mm", each division represents 1mm and hence a 50mm^2 area will be clearly visible.
Mesh is used for discretizing the whole computational volume and that is what CST actually uses for simulation, not the design window view. In discretized form, each mesh cell represents a small volume in space where the electric and magnetic fields are computed.
If one increases the number of meshcells, automatically the whole volume will be discretized into smaller meshcells and vice versa for lower number of meshcells. It needs a big discussion to determine the accurate number of meshcells. But, as a simple rule, if we increase the number of meshcells (Not indefinitely of course), the result will be more accurate, but the complexity (simulation/processing time) will increase.
Normally, if you decide that there should be 20 mesh cells per wavelength, then for a 2.4GHz frequency, there will be around 20000 mesh cells, so your whole volume will be discretized into 20000 small meshes in the mesh view. But in the design view, if the same design is 100*100 mm^2, it will need a 10mm*10mm grids to show the view.
And the shape changes occur due to mesh refinements, and these are done to approximate the results more accurately. For exmple, if we use a rectangular cube as mesh cell, it will fail to catch the edges of a ring efficiently. If we use triangular meshes at the edges with correct triangle sides, it shall catch them more efficiently.
