So, the primary interest in scanning this coronal sections was the dorsal hippocampus, but now I want to switch focus and look at Entorhinal cortex. Is there any division/landmark that could help me locate this specific region?

I usually look at entorhinal cortex in coronal slices that are more caudal than the typical dorsal hippocampus slice. In those, I simply go lateral to the external capsule and inferior to the rhinal fissure.
Please see the following excerpts from Paxinos:
plate 47:normal dorsal HPC slice. note how little entorhinal ctx there is (DLEnt)
plate 53: DLEnt gets bigger as HPC starts to drop, DLEnt is on the lateral border of the lateral ventricle
plate 55: when HPC spans the slice, DLEnt and DIENT are lateral to the lateral ventricle and the external capsule.
plate 62: this is what we use to target Entorhinal Ctx, we have plenty of DLEnt, DIEnt and VIEnt just lateral to the external capsule (ec) and inferior to the rhinal fissure (rf)

a small tip for you, usually for studying the entorhinal cortex horizontal secitons are much more preferable, as there you get many more sections with this area and it is much easier to locate the entorhinal cortex there. But generally you find the entorhinal cortex in most caudal sections, where almost no hippocampus is present. Because these are the last secitons you are going to cut, the quality of the tissue wont be that good any more..
