Evaluation of oxidative stress in tissues (e.g. liver) is important for assessing stress in fish, but plasma analyzes have the advantage of keeping fish alive. Thus, I worry about performing plasma analyzes that can respond to the stress of capture, handling and transportation.

Sir I think adrenal gland oxidative stress parameters..histopathology of adrenal gland ,TEM, SEM and molecular study of adrenal gland is also helpful for stress. Because adrenal gland play vital role in control of stress.cortisol corticosterone , and catecholamine are secreted by adrenal gland to deal with the situation of stress.
