In my research I'm dealing with four experimental groups. Each group was tested with different ICT tools like video, WhatsApp, mobile app, website and multimedia slides. Now i would like to prove the effectiveness of the treatments. I have implemented ANOVA tool but i would like to strengthen my results further. So please suggest me some opt statistical tools i can use for better representation.

you can also use Independent sampling T Test in SPSS to prove the effectiveness of different groups.

I am not sure what you mean by "prove the effectiveness of the treatments further." The ANOVA results will tell you whether there were differences across the full set of groups, and one possible next step is to do "multiple comparisons" among the different treatment groups.

Multiple comparisons are used in ANOVA to test differences in the means among selected treatment groups. You could also search for "post-hoc tests" to learn more about this approach.
What kind of data did you record as dependent variables? ANOVA is a special case of regression that assumes the variables are scaled to equal intervals. E.g., each of the inches on a ruler are the same length. For unequal scales you should use non-parametric tests like CHI-SQUARE. They are less sensitive but safer.
If you do have equal intervals then a fixed effects ANOVA can tell you if your data from each treatment probably (the alpha level) came from different distributions. Then you can infer that at least one of the independent variables (treatments) caused the differences.
In order to decide which of the treatments you can use a t-test, but keep in mind that multiple t-tests increase the chance of a false positive. So, check out https://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/handbook/prc/section4/prc47.htm
