I am trying to make a PEDOT: PSS based OECT and have an issue with its I-V characteristics. The trend observed in my devices is exactly opposite to that obtained in literature.
For increase in VG from 0.0 V toward positive volts and VDS fixed at a negative bias, there is an increase in the ID. The trend is exactly opposite to the one observed usually for PEDOT:PSS based OECTs.
What could be the reason for such a behavior?

In order to investigate this anomalies behavior one has to measure the gate current and the substrate current at the same time.

I am new to this field of research and would be grateful to you if you can elaborate more on how to fix my problem. When IG (Gate current) and ID (Substrate current) simultaneously are measured; what is to be looked for in the curves?
