The minimum thickness of endometrium should be >=7mm (bilayer) to start the Progesterone supplementation in cryo ET cycles.

Here 3 more important aspects should also be taken into account:

1. The endometrial should be triple line with blood flow levels (vascularity) upto IIIrd/IVth zone as assessed by 2D/3D Doppler USG.

2. The number of days of progesterone doses should be synchronized with stages of embryos e.g. Day-3, 6 to 8 cell stage embryos should be transferred on 4th day of progesterone and Blastocyst on 6th day of progesterone supplementation.

3. The embryos should be cultured after thawing/ warming to select the viable embryos and for de-selection of non viable ones simultaneously.
