I am also working on perovskite solar cell and have measure the impedance. 1st of all we cannot measure the devices outside the N2 glove box due to humidity. So we have to measure it inside glove box. 1st you have to attach the device electrode with the same electrode that you have used for efficiency, and that attached the wires of your measuring device with the out side Impedance measuring work station.
