Yes it has very notable impact on children mental health, they hear statements like "Don't move out, wear mask, stay home" from their elders and parents which which realize them fear of death outside home
T.R. Das, if initial reports are anything to go by, it appears that the coronavirus pandemic has had adverse impacts on the physical and mental well-being of not only adults but also children. It also appears that the lockdown measures may have precipitated such a state of affairs. Likewise, the deluge of hygiene measures, face masking and social distancing advice may have precipitated an uncertain climate and fear factor further triggering a state of psycho-social imbalance. Interesting times...
Adversely affected the physical growth and mental health of children.
In Finland it was found that some children eat more food in school on Monday. They have not had proper food during the weekends. During Covid-19 lockdown
many children did not have access to proper food, so it had to be arranged. Also family violence grew. Couples were fighting more. These factors affect children's development.
In these troubled times I there is significant variation in the impact on child health.
Some children may have received more attention as families were forced to spend time together during lockdowns.
