According to me Immunoreactivity is broader term in that reactivity of immune system to any part or to any condition or disease but sometimes immunoreactivity is autoimmune also which is independent of inflammation. So immunoreactivity is broader and general term but on other hand Neuroinflammation is the term exclusively used for inflammation of neurons and such inflammation occurs because of presence of disturbing factors in brain or spinal Cord (protein aggregates, deformities in spinal cord,lesions). As per my knowledge neuroinflmmation never occurs Automatically( auto- inflammation) there must be presence of other disturbing factors to initiate neuroinflammation but in case of immunoreactivity it may occurs without the presence of existing etiology (eg.Autoimmune disorders MS and Myasthenia Gravis MG)

So these words aren't replaceable for one another, yes in case of neuroinflammation their is immunoreactivity but immunoreactivity exclusively not the way of neuroinflammation.
