Dear All,

I am interested in assessing and doing immunophenotyping for a therapeutic protein in vitro. The problem is this protein has very weak immunogenicity that is hard to observe in vitro. We want to do in vitro studies first before in vivo studies. We think to use the PBMC-CFSE labeled as a model to identify which immune cells that respond to it, as well as, doing multi-cytokine screening for measuring and detecting the several cytokines that might be released.

What's the best approach/model to observe the immune response against this therapeutic protein?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
