I've tried finding sequences on NCBI, using Primer Quest and blasting sequences but none have panned out so far. I've also read primary literature and have found 1 that I think could work, but I would like at least 2 possible probe + primers to start with before I begin my experiment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Oligonucleotide primers were designed with the Primer Express software Nucleotide sequences for the sense and antisense primers used for real-time PCR were:
5’-GCCTTCTTCCTGCTGGTGAA-3’, 5’-TCCTGCTCGTAGATGTCCGC-3’[ENST00000360668] for LC3 and the length of this amplicon was 74 bp; 5’-CTGCTTCCTCGGACAACC-3’, 5’- GACAACAGCCTTCTGGTGGC-3’[ENST00000569417] for mTOR and the length of this amplicon was 91 bp; 5’- CCTGGCACCCAGCACAA-3’, 5’-CGATCCACACGGAGTACT-3’ [ENST00000158302] for β-actin, and the length of this amplicon was 70 bp.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply! It looks like this paper didn't use a probe since their methods state they performed rt-qPCR. Do you know of any papers that used a probe or search terms that might help me better find what I'm looking for? I've been searching with terms such as "qPCR mTOR primers human, probe" and have gone through a few pages of results already. From my literature search, it seems it is a lot harder to find studies that use a probe. Thank you so much for your help once again!
