Hi, I wanted to store my frozen coronal sections of brain in -20 degree. I prepared a cryosolution with sucrose, PBS and EG. But I wanted to know whether this will affect my staining on that sections. If I increase the percentage of EG, that would be handy for storage for longer period? Thanks
