Debiasing soil gas flux data for emissions estimation using the GSA approach.

I use an adaptive sampling method to guide soil gas flux sampling. This results in a high degree of clustering of my data. I use the decluster algorithim in WinGISLIB prior to sequential Gaussin simulation. However, if using the Graphical Statistical Approach (GSA) to assess emissions does one need to debiase? If so how?
