Dear Mayakh, it is an interesting question. I agree with you that there may be same research experience but I doubt that personal experience may be the same because it depends on the particular environmental, cultural and political condition of the place of work.So, their self reflection and writing to explore their personal experience may differ in-spite of the same research experience. Anyway we may combine their views and may be called as group autoethonography for wider cultural, political and social meanings.
