It is not sufficient to merely explain that muons are more massive than electrons because they interact more strongly with the Higgs field. For example, an electron with energy of 0.511 MeV must obtain exactly the correct amount of inertia to satisfy all the physics laws. Also, there must be equivalence between inertial mass and gravitational mass. How much of this detail has been addressed?
