I'm working in a new article about new domain which is the children's domain and the IoT role in dealing with them ... I read two arabic books as an introduction to know the scientific concepts before I use the english and begin write the article's introduction ... this question is how these references will be written as an article's scientific references part?
The usual practice is to do the same as for an English bibliographic entry with a small difference:
Mention the author's name + Date of publication + Transliterate the Arabic title + (Insert between round brackets the appropriate translation of the transliterated title) + Place of publication + Publisher. For instance:
Al-jurjani, A. (1970). Dale?il al-i3jaaz (Proof of the inimitability of the Qur?an). .....
If you are using a particular stylesheet (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.), make sure what way they adopt.

This is the first time I read the arabic references as books to understand a new domain that I connect it with the Interent domain to build a new connection between my department and another one related to the children domain
