If occupancy in Rietveld refinement is not in proportion to the compound then is it wrong?

I have performed Rietveld refinement of a compound (A2B2O7), all parameters are in good range but Rp value is high (approx 40) and the occupancy is also not in proportion to the compound however the fitting is looking good. Does it is right or not?

Hello.

40% of difference is a very high value. What is so different? Intensities, positions? Usually it's difficult to say anything about a refinement with this Rp value. If you need help in it, feel free to reply.
