while setting up parameters in Fluent I have used like these:

Used Boussinesq approximation and using nondimensionalized I put volume expansion coefficient as Ri/g(=10) so for Ri= -1 case I set my cylinder temperature as 299 and my fluid temperature as 300 and volume expansion coefficient 0.1

is this the right way for opposing Buoyancy condition(Ri=-1)?
