Am working on an experimental project which is a part of automotive systems. I will come straight to the point. The set up is that stainless steel screws are used to screw together stainless steel strips. A current is then passed through it. Will the screws come loose due to passage of the current?

I should have been more detailed about the set up. Sir there is a single stainless steel strip with 2 holes at the end. The strip is screwed onto two separate insulating material pads with the help of a stainless steel nut on the other side of of each pad to secure the strip firmly. A DC current of 48v 50A is passed through the conducting strip. So despite having a nut on the other end, will the set up still come loose.
