We have a material in which activation energy near about 0.4- 0.5eV, calculated from arrhenius plot, that confirms the polaron hopping in the material. At the same time, the positive value of seebeck coefficient confirms p-type nature. How to interpret the results in terms of charge carrier diffusion from hot side to cold side ?
