A friend of mine has submitted mistakenly his in a fake journal, Now what do you suggest with that paper:
1. An overview be submitted to a good journal
2. An Erratum be submitted to a good journal
3. It is submitted to some good journal with different title and abstract
4. any other suggestion for better citation and indexing purpose
Is it only submitted and not published yet?
If it is not published yet, then he might try to email them about withdrawing his paper or just ignoring them as they will not publish his work without receiving fees. Fake journals care only about money!!
It happened to me, I re-submitted it to other correct journal

I am not sure you can do anything about it, without getting it withdrawn from the "fake journal". Since the paper is already published, other reliable journals will easily find about it either by using similarity detectors, or by checking recent published papers by subject. In fact, I recommend you to try with the "fake journal" to remove it from their website's data base, which is I think the only way that allows you to reuse the same work again without rephrasing the entire paper.

Whenever we want to submit a paper to a journal, we are to provide a certificate that it has not been published nor under consideration in any journal. Have you given this certificate or without mentioning it, you submitted

You should email that journal's editor and inform him/ her that you are withdrawing your paper. Once, he/ she confirms the withdrawal, then you can submit that paper in any other journal.

My friend made correspondence with editor of that journal but Editor excused to do so
You can do nothing except withdrawn but editors of fake journals make no response. An easy way is to submit article in some other journal which requires less time to accept

Yes, it will be unethical but fake journal itself is also not ethical.
