you can work on the pharmacovigilance aspects of the drugs. simple questionaire related to the awareness of the side effects reporting among the specified populations.

You do not provide sufficient detail as regards the context in which you are wanting to carry out your research project.  What resources do you have available to you?  How long do you have to carry out the project?  At what level are you working – undergraduate; Masters; PhD?  Are you able to visit Lebanon and work there?

dear Richard , i have to carry the project not more than august 2016 , it'll be the final dissertation for a FT MSc in clinical research at the university of sheffield , and i'm able to visit lebanon for approximately 5 months (january,april,june--august) in case i find an interesting topic for lebanese population , however. I'm still interested in uk popuation( both litterature review and primary research projects)

Here's an idea that could be completed in the time scale you describe:

There is significant literature pointing to dermatologic side effects of pain killers causing a good deal of morbidity in the Western world. I am referring to eczema (and asthma) seemingly being caused by paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) being taken in late pregnancy and/or being given to children in the first two years of life. And I am referring to opioids (prescribed morphine / tramadol / codeine etc and perhaps as importantly OTC codeine-containing products that patients often fail to admit to taking) and to NSAIDs, which can interfere with healing and may therefore explain why some patient's leg ulcers take so long to heal.

So, I can envisage a project where you seek to compare asthma/eczema incidence in the UK with that in Lebanon and the use of paracetamol; and/or the incidence of leg ulcers in the two countries and the use of opioid / NSAID painkillers.
