I am interested in this topic. I have written a few recent articles on this topic and would be hppy to discuss a way forward. My main article is called "Knowlefge Accounts" and has been accepted by the leading strategy journal, Long Range Planning (I hope it will appear later in the year).
My main interest here is in the measurement of the value of people to organizations, and the need to introduce objectivity and non-financial measures.
