I would like to collect data on boards of European Listed firms (Spain, Italy, Norway, Germany …).
Unfortunately, there are some very expensive datasets not available in my university.

Just as prostective, not personally tested suggestions:
- For Spain, you can try the website of the CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia), now in charge of what used to be the CNMC (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores).
- For really big listed European companies, I would try first the website of USA'S SEC (Securities Exchange Commision). Most of European blue chips have their shares or their ADRs listed there, and companies are particularly thorough in complying with the SEC, as they know what is at stake.
