Mabs are an importan tool for analytical control of API and final producst. We can firstly use in the identity of purified plain PsC and also the conjugates. Additionly latex reagents can be use in the immunotipification of strains (for strain control) and next we are working to develop an ELISA platform to quantify the conjugates and the free PsC in the combined Formulation. Our vaccin e is next to become a product but till now goes into the final clinical development stage. It is against 7serogropups.
