I work on ZnS nanocomposite and study Mie theory about it. I want to calculate light transmission but I do not know how calculation of reflection coefficient in beer-Lambert formula?

You can directly measure the transmittance, reflectance and absorption of you sample using any spectrometer like:
1- A computerized SHIMADZU UV-1100 double beam spectrometer. (190-1100 nm)
2-JASCO double beam spectrometer supported with thickness monitor in the wavelength range of 200–2500 nm.
Then you can substitute through beer-Lambert formula.
Don't hesitate to ask about any information about Optical, electrical and structural properties.

I read a thesis where they calculated transmission through PE matrix with a low concentration of TiO2 spheres. I believe that your case might be similar. The permittivity can be for low concentration determined by dynamical Maxwell-Garnett where MIe theory is used.
