If you have a soil series map, you might be able to colorcode those polygons in GIS.  I attached soil texture triangle, and you can find more detail on internet if you have forgotten how to use in applyinging the % sand, silt and clay into texture classes.  If you have soil series polygons, look for the texture attribute and colorcode those classes.  If you are familiar with GIS, this is not difficult, or get some assistance.

You can create the soil texture thematic map using the analytical process, Recoding, Digitization. Using satellite image analytics, itself not able to provide good results may need some quality, recoding , ground sampling and more.
