I want to know the variance of Earth's viscosity and rigidity according to depth from free surface to 80 km. It is not for any particular region but an overall idea about the changing of Earth's viscosity and rigidity w.r.t. depth. It will be helpful if I get any article or book having some numerical records on these two variables.

there are several references about that subject. I would suggest a classical textbook “Tectonics” of Twiss & Moores, in the introduction chapter they made a excellent overview of earths crust/lithosphere like the differential behaviour between quartz and feldspar enriched crusts...

Dear Subash Chandra: if you are interesting in the viscosity and rigidity from geophysical's responses, the flexural rigidity of the lithosphere is estimated from linear transfer function (admittance) between gravity anomalies and topography. This methodology has a wide range of flexural responses, in relationship with the EET (effective elastic thickness) of the lithosphere.
A fundational paper is: "Subsurface loading and estimates of the flexural rigidity of continental lithosphere" by Donald W. Forsyth, 1985, JGR.
