There must be such software but I suggest that you project your presentation to some of your seniors and friends at the final stage (if you have no objection to do so). Consider their good suggestions.
You really don't need special software to improve a presentation: Microsoft itself will highlight in red any grammatical mistakes and in green any ambiguous or ill-formed sentences. However, even this is not enough to improve a presentation. The problem could be rhetorical, i.e. how ideas are presented and argued in the target language for the presentation to be convincing.
