I want to define a new protocol for data integrity over TCP/IP for data integrity check in background [client app communicate to cloud]?

I need to define a new protocol in which client app can audit the data stored on a cloud covertly or in background so that client app can audit previous data stored simultaneously performing new data store.

TCP/IP provides flow, congestion, error control for reliability. As we know Big Data is very near to blast. data integrity should be included as permanent service.
