I want to construct a cartoon map of the Drosophila antennal lobe - labeling specific glomeruli. Are there any applications that can facilitate this?

Thank you Joachim for these links! I wasn't aware of some of these methods, will have to consider these for future experiments.

However, I apologize, my question was a bit vague.

I have been painstakingly searching for some software or web application that shows a 3 or 2D rendering of the antennal lobe that can be manipulated.

The only thing that comes to mind is to copy images from other papers (with proper citation of course) and manipulate them through Adobe Illustrator to fit my data.
