How can I calculate GHSV (gas hourly space velocity) in the unit of Nml/g.hr

In calculation of gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) , volumetric flow rate must be divided by volume, I want to know about the volume,is it volume of the reactor or volume of the catalyst?
