Agreeing with Nizar ultrasound by itself cannot induce crystallinity. Acoustic spectroscopy can be used to reveal mechanical relaxation processes in polymers, but only the side-effect (heat produced form loss) may induce recrystallization (e.g. in ultrasonic welding).
