I sonicate a protein for long time(110 ml culture,30 sec on,1 min off,25%efficiency,45 mins).What would be the possible outcomes?

While sonicating even after 13 mins there was froth in lysate.After running a gel I am seeing that only a faint band is barely visible..Could anyone please tell the reasons..

A.I sample(Sample after 20 hours of IPTG Induction)shows too many bands,but sample after sonication almost nothing is visible.
