I am an expert cardiac histopathologist with a specialist interest in sudden cardiac death and we have examined around 2000 hearts from sudden cardiac death victims since the beginning of 2020. We have not seen a single definite case of myocarditis due to mRNA vaccination causing sudden cardiac death. We are about to publish on our myocarditis cohort. Given the number of people that have been given the mRNA vaccine in the United Kingdom, sudden cardiac death due to myocarditis from the mRNA vaccine must be extremely rare.

I know St.George's well because during 1979-1980 about more than 4 months I did my surgical internship being in surgeon Professor John Dormandy's surgical team doing one day a week general surgery and one day a week vascular surgery and other days cared for surgical outpatients & inpatients in wards of St.George's Unv Hospital in London, UK.
As I am not pathologist I don't know how you can differentiate which one is due to mRNA vaccine and which one is not morphologically with standard pathologist microscopy & lab. As a clinician in order to detect I consider that most probably if you have an access to use electron-microscope and also PCR for myocardiocyte fibrils' morphologic evaluation may help to differentiate mRNA vaccine induced myocarditis !?
Also I ask you why so much young people are dying out of blue after covid-19 pandemy ? Obviously there must be reason(s) for almost 25-30 million excess deaths in world !

Sadly young people were dying out of the blue before the pandemic and they continue to die out of the blue after the pandemic. The aetiology underlying sudden cardiac death in young individuals remains similar to that before the pandemic. I will post our experience of myocarditis here when it is published but we have not seen an increase in myocarditis causing sudden cardiac death since the pandemic began.
In our country Libya many cases developed myocarditis and suddenly died even some cases with out vaccination.
