I operate a biological ETP for a towel/textile industry. We are currently facing SVI of 400+, how can I maintain it with in ideal range of 100-150?

MLSS: 1200 mg/L (MLVSS ≈ 90% of MLSS)
Sv30: 520
Dissolved Oxygen: 1.5–3.5 mg/L
Aeration Inlet COD: around 800 mg/L
Aeration Outlet COD: around 150 mg/L
Aeration Tank: 1386 m3 (Extended Aeration)
Influent Per day: 840 m3/day
