1. Please draw a graph of signal intensity (IS) MR (brightness of the area in the MR image) vs. TR [ms]
2. Please determine the time TR at which IS = 63% of the maximum value - then T1=TR in the exponent of the formula
But for T1 to be properly defined, the series of images must be defined for TR >> T1 (TR=5* expected value of T1).
T2:
1. Please draw a graph of signal intensity (IS) MR (brightness of the area in the MR image) vs. TE [ms]
2. Please determine the time TE at which IS = 37% of the maximum value - then T2=TE in the exponent of the formula
I propose to normalize and approximate the data. Then compute the inverse function g(x)=f(x)^-1 (not g(x)=1/f(x)) . Then, substituting the values 0.63 for T1 and 0.37 for T2, you will get the times you are looking for. MATLAB is perfect for these purposes.
