The method of choice for such purposes is mass spectrometry, instead of, a method based on calorimetry. by means of the MS based quantification of the MS intensity of the metabolites there is obtained direct information about the diffusion parameters and the reaction rates, which are mutually connected within the framework of our two theoretical frameworks developed more recently. The concentration of the analyte in solution directly yields to the so-called stochastic dynamic diffusion parameter (the chemometrics shows r = 1.), which on the other hand is directly related with the reaction rate of the chemical reactions.
Bothe the theories are systemativcally written and developed within the following references and the corresponding subreference sections: stochastic dynamic diffusion theory: [1]-[3]; kinetic theory and reaction rate equations [4]; the correlation between diffusion and reaction rate parameters [5].
