For step response, input R(s) = 1/s; where as R(s) = 1/s2 for ramp response. Using this input you may derive those responses by standard methods (using Laplace transforms). Also you may refer to Control Systems Principles and Design by M. Gopal, 4e, pages 92-93. Further if your system is LTI, you integrate the standard step response then you get the ramp response.
I would suggest you derive the response as per the advice by Mr. Krishnarayalu. You will understand the effect of each system pole that way. Looking up the Tables of step response and integrating will also work.
